1. Production Time

All printed books are custom-made to order.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be extended.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after production.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions)

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.


3. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details submitted by the customer.


4. Digital Products

Digital books are delivered electronically via email or secure download link.

Delivery typically occurs shortly after purchase.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.


5. Returns & Refunds

Because our books are personalized and custom-made, all sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Printing defects

  • Physical damage during shipping

  • Errors caused by us

Damaged or Defective Items

If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including clear photo evidence of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund


6. No Refunds for Customer Errors

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Spelling errors or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect age or details entered at checkout

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

We print exactly what is submitted at checkout.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will attempt to stop production when possible, but cancellation is not assured.


8. European Union Customers

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

Since our printed books are personalized products, they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.


9. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
