3. Personalized Products
Our books are custom-made based on the information you provide.
You are solely responsible for:
Correct spelling of names
Correct age selection
Uploaded images
Any other submitted personalization details
We print exactly what you submit.
Orders cannot be edited after production begins.
4. Content Standards
You agree not to upload content that:
Violates copyright or trademark rights
Is unlawful, abusive, or offensive
Contains explicit or inappropriate material
We reserve the right to cancel any order containing prohibited content.
5. Pricing & Errors
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders due to technical or system mistakes
Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
If an order is canceled due to pricing error, a full refund will be issued.
6. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as PayPal and Tranzila).
We do not store full credit card details.
We may cancel or refuse orders if:

7. Production & Shipping
Printed Books
Production time: 3–5 business days
Shipping time varies by destination
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs processing
Force majeure events
Incorrect address provided by customer
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Digital Products
Digital books are delivered electronically.
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personalized, all sales are final except in cases of:
Printing defects
Physical damage
Errors caused by us
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution:
Replacement
Store credit
Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
Spelling errors provided by customer

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, characters, designs, text, and branding are owned by Swiftclaim.
