All printed books are custom-made to order.<\/p>

Production typically takes 3\u20135 business days<\/strong> before shipment.<\/p>

During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be extended.<\/p>

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.<\/p>

2. Shipping & Delivery<\/h2>

Shipping times vary depending on destination.<\/p>

Most orders arrive within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong> after production.<\/p>

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.<\/p>

We are not responsible for delays caused by:<\/p>

  • Shipping carriers<\/p><\/li>

  • Customs processing<\/p><\/li>

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer<\/p><\/li>

  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Incorrect Address<\/h2>

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.<\/p>

    We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details submitted by the customer.<\/p>

      Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.<\/p>

      The item must be unused and in its original condition.<\/p>

      We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:<\/p>

          We print exactly what is submitted at checkout.<\/p>

          If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will attempt to stop production when possible, but cancellation is not assured.<\/p>

          Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.<\/p>

          However, this right does not<\/strong> apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.<\/p>
